I was motivated to become a qualified counsellor having developed as a senior leader in the airline industry for more than twenty years. Having helped thousands of colleagues and customers in an often stressful and intense environment, I learned that I have a passion and skillset which lent itself to supporting people to move through both immediate issues and long-term challenges. 

Having decided to follow this passion for being supportive and to use my skillset for the good of helping others, I pursued a career as a counsellor and studied for four years at Bedford College to become British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) qualified. BACP #123456.

I have worked in various counselling settings including offering counselling support for those with anxiety or life traumas to overcome, as well as with children, and those who have experienced sexual violence.

Personally, I am a mother of three daughters which keeps me busy with school runs and managing their busy social lives! I enjoy great food and wine, travelling, and long walks with our family dog!
